Cleaning steps:
Valve components must be processed before assembly:

2, all parts are degreased;
3, after degreasing pickling passivation, cleaning agents do not contain phosphorus;
4, pickling purified purified water rinse, can not have residual pesticides, carbon steel parts save this step;
5, one by one with a non-woven fabric to dry, can not be wired wool retention parts surface, or dry with a clean nitrogen;
6, with non-woven or precision filter paper staining alcohol-by-component wipe-by-component, until there is no dirty color.
